Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Service Provider” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to All Nepal Excursion, operator of RideHubNepal.com.
- “Client” / “You” / “User” refers to the person booking or using transportation services via RideHubNepal.com.
- “Booking” means a reservation made for transportation service.
- “Vehicle”, “Driver”, “Guide” refers to those provided by All Nepal Excursion under the booking.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using RideHubNepal.com or booking a service through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
3. Bookings, Payments & Confirmations
- Bookings are confirmed once payment (full or required deposit) is received and a confirmation email/message is sent.
- Required deposit (if any) must be paid within the timeframe communicated to secure the booking. The balance must be paid before the service starts (or as otherwise agreed).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified. You are responsible for any bank or transaction fees.
4. Rates & Charges
- All quoted rates are in US Dollars (or other currency specified) unless stated otherwise.
- Rates are based on current fuel costs, vehicle availability, route condition, number of passengers, etc. Conditions beyond our control (fuel price hikes, road closures, etc.) may lead to rate adjustments.
- Extra charges may apply for: additional stops, changes in pick-up or drop-off locations, tolls, parking fees, road permits, unexpected delays, excess waiting time.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client must be communicated in writing (email or other agreed mode).
- Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made: for example:
- More than 30 days before the service date: 20% cancellation fee of total cost.
- 15–30 days before: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 15 days or “no‑show”: 100% of the cost.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of cancellation fee and any bank/transaction charges.
6. Changes by Service Provider
- We reserve the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances: adverse weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, safety concerns, or other force majeure events.
- In such cases, we will attempt to notify you as early as possible and may offer alternative arrangements or refunds.
7. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking (names, addresses, pick‑up/drop‑off points, special requirements).
- Be punctual. Waiting times beyond the agreed pick‑up time may incur additional charges.
- Comply with all local laws and traffic rules.
8. Liability & Insurance
- All Nepal Excursion carries appropriate insurance for its vehicles and passengers as required by law.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside vehicles.
- Our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from our negligence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including delays, missed connections, etc.).
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, civil unrest, road conditions, or any other unforeseen event.
10. Complaints & Feedback
- If you have any issue with our service (vehicle, driver, itinerary, etc.), you must inform us as soon as possible, ideally during or immediately after the service.
- We will attempt to resolve any complaint within a reasonable time.
11. Privacy & Personal Data
- We collect personal data necessary for bookings: name, contact info, pick‑up/drop‑off details, etc.
- Your information will be used to provide the service, communicate with you, billing, and for legal/compliance purposes.
- We will not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or where needed to provide the service (e.g. for permits, route arrangements).
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
- Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu (or the jurisdiction where the company is registered).
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on RideHubNepal.com along with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site or services after that date constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
